Data files:
The fish data are ascii files in fixed column format (tab delimited).
A README file is included which explains the format and content of the
files. The temperature data are in rdb format with a header at the top
of each file describing the contents and format of each file.
Fish
data for 1993 through 1998. Available in two compressions,
a tar gzipped
file
or a zipped file.
Temperature
data
(hobotemp) for various sites during 1993, 1994, and 1995. See the README.hob
file in the tar'd directory for an explanation of the data format and site
abbreviation description.
Site
identification numbers and pertinent information. This is a list of
all of the surface- and ground-water sites where water quality or biological
data were collected. Each line in the file contains the NWIS site identification
number and other locational information that may be used when requesting
data from NWIS.
