Stream Channel Cross-Section Data

Stream channel cross-section data were collected at 238 locations along the Boise River between October of 1997 and December of 1998. This information was used in a one-dimensional step-backwater analysis to determine water-surface elevations at the 10-, 50-, 100-, and 500-year flows. The index map shows the locatation of six enlarged maps of the Boise River and links to the cross-section data.
