Statewide Information (HUCs, topography, hunting area boundaries, other information, and links to data) is also available for the lower Boise River study area.
Water-quality & Discharge Parameters:
- Nutrients
- Total nitrogen
- Nitrite plus nitrate
- Dissolved ammonia
- Dissolved ammonia with total organic matter
- Total phosphorus, and orthophosphorus
- Instantaneous discharge, temperature, dissolved oxygen, conductivity, and pH
- Continuous temperature data (selected sites)
- Suspended sediment concentrations
- Bacteria
- Fecal coliform
- Escherichia coliform
Biological Parameters:
- Epilithic (on rocks) periphyton analyzed for chlorophyll-a and biomass
- Invertebrate and fish community assessment
- Fish tissue mercury concentrations
