Spokane River fish data files are in excel spread-sheet format. The files have the following row and column definitions.
Column Number	Column Name	Description
1	Fishno	Sequential fish number for a station/reach/date/species
2	Methid	Collection method: 13A-boat shock, 11A-backpack shock, 12A-barge shock
3	Fishname	Name of fish, common
4	Fshtime	Sampling time in seconds
5	Labfg	Code that indicates where fish were identified. F-field or L-laboratory
6	Voucher	Abbreviation of the facility where voucher specimen is deposited. OJS- Orma J. Smith Museum of Natural History, Albertson's College of Idaho, Caldwell, ID
7	Tlngth	Total length of an individual fish (mm)
8	Slngth	Standard length of an individual fish (mm)
9	Fshwgt	Weight in grams of an individual fish or a batch of fish. If batch, ABUND will be greater than 1
10	Abund	Number of fish that represent the weight and/or anomalies for that FISHNO
11	DE	Number of fish with deformities.
12	ER	Number of fish with eroded fins.
13	LE	Number of fish with lesions.
14	TU	Number of fish with tumors.
15	AL	Number of fish with anchor worms.
16	BL	Number of fish with Black Spot disease
17	CL	Number of fish with leeches.
18	FU	Number of fish with fungus.
19	IC	Number of fish with Ich.
20	NE	Number of fish with no eyes.
21	PA	Number of fish with external parasites
22	PE	Number of fish with Popeye disease
23	Comment	Hatch-hatchery fish, te-USGS trace element analysis, oc-USGS organochlorine analysis, te WDOE-Washington Department of Ecology trace element analysis, oc WDOE-Washington Department of Ecology organochlorine analysis, hybrid-combination of two species
